How can I book a service?You can easily book through our website’s contact form or by emailing us directly. We recommend booking in advance, we're a small home based business.

What is your cancellation policy?Please cancel at least 24hrs in advance. This allows us to modify bookings & schedule around other pets & pet parents.

Do you offer services for all types of pets?Absolutely! We are experts in care for household pets from dogs & cats to small pets, reptiles & birds!

Do you offer boarding for small pets?Yes! We offer a safe, cozy & dedicated space for small pets starting at $35/night. Your little one gets individual attention, enrichment & a pet-friendly environment that feels like home.

What should I bring for my pet’s stay?Please bring your pet’s usual food, medications, instructions & their favorite toys or items that smell like home. Please bring cats & small pets in a carrier or harness for safety. Ensure dogs are leashed for travel & drop off/pickup.

Can I meet the caregiver before booking?Absolutely! We offer complimentary meet & greets prior to pet care to meet pets & pet parents.
